At Fashion Swimwear Store, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our swimwear, beach accessories, or apparel, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms, bikini bottoms, or any final sale items marked as “non-returnable.” This includes our DD/E Swimwear and F Cup Swimwear collections due to their specialized nature.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Include the original packaging and tags
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Dallas address using a trackable shipping method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your swimwear or beach accessory arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
